What a missed date costs
None of the Thai rules are hard on their own. The problem is that there are lots of them, they move around your trips and renewals, and they change. Visa-free entry dropped from 60 days to 30 in September 2026, and plenty of people found out at the airport.
One late 90-day report costs more than half a year of Pro.
- 90-day report filed late2,000 THB fine
- Staying past your 'admitted until' date500 THB a day, and a ban if it's over 90 days
- Flying out on an extension without a re-entry permitYour extension is cancelled
- Retirement money dipping below 400,000 THBNext year's extension can be refused
- Passport running out before your visaYour stay gets cut short to match
- Spending 180 days in Thailand in a yearMoney you bring in can become taxable

Questions
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. We turn the official rules into dates and reminders and link every rule to its source, but immigration offices sometimes apply rules differently and tax depends on your situation. For anything unusual, check with your immigration office or a qualified adviser.
How do you know the rules are right?
Every rule is checked against official sources (Thai Immigration, the Revenue Department, government portals) and dated. When Thailand changes something (like the visa-exempt stay dropping to 30 days in September 2026) we update the rules and everyone's deadlines update automatically.
Do you store my passport?
No scans and no document numbers. Only the type of document and its dates. That's all we need to remind you.
Can you file my 90-day report for me?
Not yet. We tell you exactly when it's due and link you to the official online system. Filing it takes a few minutes.
What does Pro add?
Email reminders before every deadline, a readiness review by Joshua every year, a calendar feed for Google, Apple or Outlook, printable appointment checklists, a trip planner, unlimited documents, and the option to email Joshua any question. Pro is $9 a month (or $79 a year) and you can cancel any time.
Is there a phone app?
Not a separate one, but it works like one. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen. It opens full screen from your home screen.
Who runs this?
Joshua, who lives in Chiang Mai. If a date looks wrong or you're stuck, email me and I'll reply myself.
I'm not in Thailand yet. Is it useful?
Yes. Choose "I'm moving soon" and you'll get a checklist built around your move date: visa, funds, insurance, TDAC, TM30, your first 90-day report and your home country's leaving steps.
